iron duke is in cloister 100 after defeating the final boss.

you can beat nooj by using continually casting Silence and reviving using mega-potions.
or you could cheat and use cat-nip.

im gonna assume you have the lady luck DS and eveybody is leveled high in dark knight.
when you get to paragon bribe him with 1-2 million gil. He should ru naway and leave about 30 dark matter behind.

use and alchemist to combine dark matter with a megapotion or a megalixer to cats "invincible" over your party.. then attack and kill using dark-knight.

x2 mp, x2 hp, +100 Attack, +100 Defence, +100 Magic, +100 Magic Defence, +100 Speed, +50 Luck.

Speed maybe only +50 and Luck maybe only +30. But you get it. I'll check later to know which is the right stats.

I think its x2 hp& mp and X100Attack,Defence,Magic,Magic Def., Accuracy,Agility,Speed and Luck. If thats not it then ill have too check cause I have 4 Iron Duke and Trust me its not easy to just get even one If its almost everytime in oversoul!!!

if that doesnt work then you should get luck lady try to bribe it and you get super rare items!!! I think you'll get like 4 dark Matter! but you can never bribe trema cause hes unsent and its immune!

just use charon of dark knight the moment her turn starts and he dies in one hit

dont die and put one of your girls on gunner,have her learn "table turner"and use it on the element^^
does 9999 because of the element's maxed out defense^^

yeah i havent used charon but fighting the concherger in cloister 60
with your party lv 70 you realy have to use a speed bracer and cat nip to get him down

for people who havent fouht him yet he has attacks like megaton press
witch kills you in one hit and an attack gunk witch blows away all your mp in one hit i used two alchemists and yuna as gunner with trigger
happy lv3 and haste you can deal some mayor damage on him

why do you always have to do it the easiest way? By using charon one girl will instantly die and receive no exp. I don't recommend using charon cause then maybe one of the most tactical fights in X-2 will be nothing... Just figure some other way to kill black elemental ;)

If your magic brake is strong enuf, hit it with it and and steal off it, what you can get is awsum

its strength is only 8, so yher, try that
the only thing its not immune to is holy and gravity, so hard attack to that =)

its not really that tactical.
You can always just use 3 dark knights and continiuosly use darkness attack on him.
As long as you dont take more than 20 turns to kill him, the worst he can do to you is cast flare and beserk.

i killed him at lvl.20

Make sure u have good strengh + HP and go into yuna's special dress sphere and use great whirl over and over use the odd white pollen 2 heal ur self!!!!! simple and EASY!!!

use dark knight and charon on the first move.
instant overkill

use charon of darkk knight

okay heres what i did.
this will *only* work if you have dark knight dressphere. i used the *charon* move. It basically auto-deaths the elemental.. Instand overkill. = ))

if not.. then i would use a warrior and start woopign it with magic-break/strength-break and have an alchemist(or theif if you dont have it) throw a couple of despel tonics at it. after that, have you alchemist/theif cast as many lunar,moon, and star curtains available.. by this time, the elemental is barely doing 500 damage per attack. then just hit hard and heal quick.

When I attack the black elemental it just uses Ultima and then your dead. Wouldn't be alot better to use Yuna's Moogle Beam and Paine's Cactling gun while you have Rikku beserked?

Oh and can someone tell the best source for hero drink. The ones that make you invincible.

THE ACCESSORY IRON DUKE IS IN VIA INFINITO, BEVELLE. YOU NEED TO GO TO CLOISTER INFINITY (100), BEAT PARAGON AND TREMA IN A ROW. PARAGON HAS 200,000 HP AND TREMA IS THE MOST POWERFUL MONSTER IN FFX2 AND HAS 999,999 HP. (I TOOK 2 HOURS TO BEAT HIM).
AFTER YOU BEAT THEM, YOU'LL GET IRON DUKE. I'M YURI-S-T

i dont think Trema is the hardest boss.
i beat him in half an hour.
i did not use Cat Nip .
coz i did'nt remember that i brought it with me.
so after defeating him i checked Iron Duke to equiped it on Yuna.
then i saw i equiped Yuna with Cat Nip.
so anyway i would have beatenTrema even faster.

hears the story i heard that dark knight DS has high defense so i searched......searced.......searched for it for 4 days.
first i did'nt no how to get the chest at Bevele.
but i just go around Bevele searching for some switch then suddenly.

i searched for it coz i cant get through Paragon.
even with dark knight DS i still could not beat it.
i just bribe Paragon with 1,100,000 gil.

Anyway anyone know how to get speacial ending ?

If u did use cat nip it would b simple go into gunner and keep using trigger happy!!

This takes a bit to do. First you'll have to meet with Maechen at Guadosalam in Chapter 3. You'll find him when you meet up with Logos and Ormi in the same area. Next you have to get the ''whistling'' scene with Yuna at the end of Chapter 3. When you're alone in the Farplane, move Yuna around and continually press the X button. You'll hear whistling. That means you have activated the event. Next thing you have to do is get an Episode Complete in Luca during Chapter 5. All you have to do there is visit the location where Tidus taught Yuna how to whistle. Next, get an Episode Complete in Besaid. Finally, once you have beat the game, keep tapping the X button to get the ending.

To get the alternate ending, Let the Final boss fire its cannon. This process takes about 30 Minutes of doing nothing but waiting for him. The speech must go on 7 times before the cannon fires.

IRON DUKE - IN CLOISTER INFINITY (100), AFTER DEFEATING THE FIRST BOSS (200.000 HP), A SCENE WILL START AND AFTER ALL, YOU'LL FACE THE MONSTER WITH THE HIGHEST HP IN THE GAME: TREMA (999.999 HP)
THE WORST IS THAT YOU HAVE TO FACE THE TWO IN A ROW, WITHOUT RESTORING. AFTER, YOU'LL SCORE THE IRON DUKE AND GET THE MISSION COMPLETE.

good on you for getting invincible.

it basically gives oyu break damage limit.
so unless you dont have it equipped, it might not work.

i've also heard that it only works with a certain dressphere and you have to use that particular DS in order to get it..

I am at chapter 5 did everything that the guide told me and i went to go get the key to sucess in Tobli's office but all i got was some item that increases attack power by 50. Whats up with that how can i get the key to sucess ?? PLEASE help

jou can only get key to succes if you do not stop gariks attack on the guado in chapter 3

also you can get it if you dont do misions that tobly gives you then go to guado salam and into toblies room in chap. 5 then there will be a chest and the key to succses will be yours
