FFX2

I want evrybody to think about this and think about this hard. How many people, if presented the chance would be willing to join me in complaining (or better yet simply asking) the admin here about getting some moderators. I'd just like to put my two cents in:

(1)there is waaaay to much spam on this site
i joined ffx-2.com almost a year ago. from then until now, alot has changed.. but there is one thing that sticks out in my view. the spamming. You cannot look at the "Recent Messages" list without seeing the majority of the things there being links to porn. SERIOUSLY. This is FFX-2.com NOT "Advertise Porn 4Free". Half the time you can't find out what people are discussing, and as someone who enjoys helping people.. its hard to do when you can't find what people are asking. WHY ARE WE LETTING PEOPLE TRASH THIS SITE? There doesn't seem to be ANY rules here anymore.. common curteosy doesnt even seem to apply.

I've seen what i would like to belive is more than my fair share of resident ass-holes(forgive the language please). I hope nobody else here every has to deal with these people, who do nothing but rant, spam, complain, and annoy. They're internet nuisances. And we're allowing them to take over this site.

WHY ARE WE LETTING THIS HAPPEN?

of course some idiot is now going to send me a pm saying "well it's free speech, we should be able to say what we want." And before anybody decides they want to waste 2 minuites of my life with that useless crap, i would just like to say:

Porn is not free speech. Porn is exposing naked individuals who enjoy each others bodies, to people who either don't care... or simply dont want to see it on this particular site. I'm fairly sure that nobody on FFX-2 want's to see every comment on this site be filled with porn. If we wanted it, we would search on somethign thats called GOOGLE. Advertising shit, that nobody wants is more or less harrasement. In most country' the laws of free speach allow us to say what we want, anywhere we want, with the exemption of harrasing or causing any kind of hardship on others. And having to sift through porn sure is puttign hardship on me.

(2) theres no moderation
we have admin here don't we? Do we have mods? If we do i havent seen em.

NOBODY is moderating this site. If somebody was, i can garuntee you that there'd only be half the amount of useless post's we have right now. I'm fairly aggitated that such a good site is going down the gutter because nobody is taking care of it.

Honestly where are the mods, who is looking after ffx-2 to make sure its running. There are html errors all over the place that make viewing certain pages tedious and annoying.SOMEBODY DO SOMETHING. ANYTHING. I DONT CARE.

we need mods, plain and simple.

So what i'm asking now is, who is willing to do something about this? i'm thinkinh about talking to the admin, stating my case, giving the facts.. offering solutions. ALL INPUT IS WELCOME. Except of course "I liek teh pr0n lololol!Y DO U WANT 2 GET RID OF IT LOL?" or those damn cialis posts. ...

i think this was just one big rant.
