FFXIII Officially Announced

Final Fantasy XIII was officially announced for the Playstation 3 at the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) in Los Angeles yesterday. The intial trailer showed a very futuristic setting, one that we have never seen in a Final Fantasy game before, and a female protagonist (who could possible be the main character) fighting a bunch of guards. Her weapon was a sort of "Gunblade" and no, not like Squall's, this one was a gun that transformed into a blade.

We've been updating this site for a couple of years now and the forums have remained active as we have covered many different Final Fantasy games adding news and information both in the forum and at our other sites. We now feel it is time to transition FFX2.com into an archive. There has not been a huge amount of news to post. Of course we are still playing FFX2 from time to time and patiently await the spring/summer release of FFXII.

So although we will still be updating this site with information as it becomes available FFX2.com will be more of an archive. The forum will still remain as it is now not only a Final Fantasy X-2 forum but covers all Square-Enix games. For more information about the forum transition read the news post located here.

NEW Forum Name!

It all started with FFX-2 and our passion for the game. It turned into information about everything from FFX-2 release dates and information to its exciting release and then into help, tips, hints, walkthroughs and everything else you could imagine! The forum and site stayed continuously busy with news and updates from both staff and members. Of course as we moved forward we began discussing other Final Fantasy games not to mention FFXI (FF11),FFX, FINAL FANTASY VII ADVENT CHILDREN and even FFI (FF1) and of course FFVII (FF7). So our FFX-2 Forum transformed into an everything Square-Enix forum! Due to these changes and the matriculation of our forum to bigger and better things we have decided to make the name more appropriate.
