Well...... Paine isn't on drugs but I agree with you on the dancing!!! But the reason why she sounds like that is because she just doesn't care!!!!! Plus she is very independent. You know in chpt. 1 when yuna said that nobody really knows about her. She had some kind of past in order for her to act this way. Everybody knows that!!!!!!

paine is just paine.
She's indepedent and shut away, because being open caused her pain in her past.
nobody knows anything about her because sharing her past hurts her and brings back painful memories

I like Paine in every dressphere and songstress is not an expection. Her singing sounds nice and her dancing looks kinde cool :)

You'll get one after defeating Nooj in Den of Woe,and other i think after defeating LV5 Experiment.You'll get items that let you learn these abilitys.

there as cutscene in ch.5 on the airship where rikku explains how they dated and then when rikku left to join the gullwings they broke up.(i stilll find it sick, that the al Bhed belive in "inter family dating")
