Transportation

Here you will find the different methods of transportation in Final Fantasy X-2! Like
Final Fantasy X, there will be a ship however Final Fantasy X-2 allows you to roam around
the areas of Spira more freely and completely. The Celsius
This is the Airship used by the Gullwings Sphere Hunter group. It's occupants include Yuna, Rikku, Yuna, Brother, Shinra, and Buddy, and picks up some other interesting characters along the way, like a hypello barkeep, O'aka, who's running away from debt, Clasko, and little Calli (not to mention her new chocobo friend). Above is a view of the different sections of the airship. The different sections are numbered, and are explained below: 1. Cabin (behind the front "leg" of the airship, located near the back): The cabin is where you'll find the many characters you'll pick up along your journey, should you choose to let them on of course. Also here is a barkeep who will sell you items (later joined by O'aka). You can also rest here, if you feel tired. Make sure to rest here at least once every chapter to view special events in Chapter 5. You can only see those events if you rest each chapter. 2. Deck: The deck is exactly what it sounds like. You may remember battling on the deck of the airship in FFX, well, this is pretty much the same thing. Several events happen here, like Yuna doing a dance for the gullwing team, and the famous 1000 Words preformance. 3. Engine Room: This is, of course, the source of the Celsius's power. And don't worry, no chocobo's were harmed in the creation of this engine room. Also down here are 4 cheats which re-fill each chapter. Make sure to get them every time! 4. Bridge: This is the bridge of the airship, and where the team spends most of their time. With Brother at the controls, Buddy at the Sphere Ocillator, and Shinra at Sphere control, there really isn't much for Yuna, Rikku, or Paine to do except talk to Buddy and away you go!
![]() ![]() Chocobos are a thing of the past now that Machina is available again. Everywhere you go, you hear the constant hummmmmmm of these swift vehicles. Often available at long stretches of land (such as Mi'ihen Highroad or The Calm Lands) these fast fleeting crafts will get you where you want to go in a flash! Well, not that fast, but at least you can rest those heels! (*Note to self: Don't walk across the Calm Lands while wearing Samurai Sandles)
