Role Playing Rules [Updated Oct. 30, 2009]

    Rules

    - All regular forum rules apply.

    - All RP posts in the main RP forum must be at least 200 characters in length, anything below that is chat and pointless drivel, these sort of RPs (including one liners) go in the sub-forum. Note: This refers to the BIC/IC parts, not OOC as I know sometimes you might wanna ask for a catch up or something.

    - The creator is in charge of the RP, you must follow their set guidelines (if any at the start). Also they are responsible for finishing their own story, lack of activity from them will probably result in RP closure.

    - All posts have to be in the 'OOC' (Out of character) and 'BIC' (Back in character format. They should be in proper english too, so avoid internet lingo and the like as it annoys people having to read a paragraph full of "OMG lolz".

    To sum up:

Large, detailed RPs go in the main forum.
One liner/Chat RPs go in the sub forum.

    Updates! -

Tsunade - You can join more than one RP I believe.. . though it's somewhat troublesome if you join like 5 RPs at one time.. I think. So yeah, you can join more than one RP. ^_^

Tip: If its not in the rules, that means there is no limit. . :D

Hmm easiest way would be to copy it and paste it into word or something and go to the word count tool.

Alex - Depends if the RP creator allows it or not

Re: Role Playing Rules [Updated 28/05/05]

Small Update: The GP reward for creating a role playing thread is 18 (+ 1 for every 1000 characters).

The GP reward for posting in a role play is 6 (+ 1 for every 1000 characters).

So, it might be in your best interest to make some nice, lengthy posts.

This rule is now enforced. If you attempt to enter any less than 200 characters for a post, you will be prompted to lengthen it.
