Yeah we have automated back ups. Most servers have that functionality in case of a random server crash or hacker etc.

Derek was our contact and was supposed to keep us updated. I never thought I needed a redundant contact as I clearly trusted Derek. I thought all mods/admin had my contact info. If they didn't its not exactly hard to find. If you can't pm me there is always whois info which has my email address or even a search shows my email address.

Regardless Mark will be pretty active her since he is a gaming freak and is a long term squaresoft/enix fan.

We use a large scale server package. You would have to ask Freakshow for details, but I do know we run upwards of 30+ websites off of the same server, and we have excellent support.

yes the server who hosts this site is a dedicated server with 2 terabytes of transfer and googlesque amount of disk space (not really googlesque but a buttload of disk space)

It really is quite crazy how things can develope into something as weird as everything that has happened lately... But yeah, it's the first time we had so much explained. Guess you really do your job when there's a call for it. That's what I'd expect from a REAL owner

Thanks for filling us into the details. Looks like things are finally going uphill again.
I just hope you guys have the time to care about the forum a bit more often now, it was hard to get a grip of Derek at times (and still is).
