We knew it was coming, but I figured it was just slated for Japan around now, so I didn't expect to see it there.

EDIT: Tamed her in my first try. Either I was lucky or she has a 100% monster crystal drop rate, lol.

She's indeed a Saboteur like previously guessed at. Fully evolved her stats are good and among the kind of stats you would expect from a DLC character in the same key as the other DLC characters. She's very balanced, like Lightning, but her strength and magic is slightly lower than Lightning's (for comparison) while her HP is higher.

700+ ATK
700+ MAG
7000+ HP

She's got another rare item drop that is unique to her character... Will need some more luck to win one of those, lol.

She's got a varried and very interesting fighting style. You'll see if you download the DLC.

She's hot <3. It really felt weird seeing her again. Having battled her some more, I found her much more challenging than in the first battle. I think she may be the most challenging enemy in the entire game in my opinion (so far). Did not expect this, but loving it nontheless. She's takes longer to "farm", lol. If her Colonel's Glasses have a 1% drop rate, this could take a long time.

I'm glad I put the money on Tales of Graces F instead of countless dlc that should have been included but weren't.

Got her glasses yesterday, 2 fights after the last post, lol... And then another pair in the fight after that, so I guess the drop rate is around the same as Lightning's Lightning Cross
