So yeah, at my job, I'm a security guard at a hotel. I'm seen some of the craziest things so far, and heard crazier. But I've came to one conclusion, getting drunk is pointless. About a week ago, we chased an Ex-Marine around our parking, who happened to be wasted beyond anything I've ever seen. When we got him back into the room, he jumped from the third floor balcony. JUMPED. How he managed to just get up and start walking again, I'd like to know. I'm sure he is feeling it right now, but come on, jumped?
People these days. I've seen ghosts, kids trying to make out/love in the strangest places, and drug deals (which I stop by the way). But for a man to just fling himself off is by far the strangest thing I've seen. I've only been doing security work at this hotel for about a month, and I plan on keeping this job. There will probably be many more stories from me for some time.
On the drinking note, I don't really like alcohol, unless it is Wine. I do love White Zinfandel from Sutterhome, but I never drink a lot.
